With the Database Manager, you can set up a brand new DB in a matter of seconds - simply specify its name and that's it. You will notice a list of all your DBs and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to modify passwords, to create database backups and to even log into the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin software tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is quite important to create regular backups of your databases to secure your web site content and to avoid any accidental data loss. With the Database Manager graphical user interface, creating a database backup is extremely easy. Simply push the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
The number of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL DBs that you can create differs depending on the hosting plan that you have with us.
